Sharda Cropchem board to meet for financial results, trading window extended

Sharda Cropchem Limited announced its board of directors will meet on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering, approving, and taking on record the un-audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025. This intimation is issued in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In conjunction with this, the trading window for dealing in the company's shares remains closed. This closure, initially effective from September 30, 2025, is pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.

The trading window will continue to be closed for all designated employees and connected persons of Sharda Cropchem until November 3, 2025.
