Raghav Productivity Enhancers to hold board meeting for financial results

Raghav Productivity Enhancers Limited (formerly Raghav Ramming Mass Ltd.) announced its board of directors will convene on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter/half-year ended September 30, 2025. This will also involve a limited review report, in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company informed that the trading window for price-sensitive information closed on October 1, 2025. It is expected to reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter/half-year ending September 30, 2025.
