NACL Industries board to meet for Q2, half-year financial results

NACL Industries Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Friday, October 24, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company made the intimation on October 17, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In adherence to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders,' the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed. This closure commenced from the start of business hours on October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until the close of business hours on October 26, 2025. This period allows for 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
