Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund cuts stake in Rolex Rings

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (KMMF) has disclosed a change in its holding in the equity capital of Rolex Rings Limited, as per SEBI regulations. KMMF sold equity shares of Rolex Rings Limited through its schemes via the open market on October 16, 2025.

Before the disposal, KMMF held 1,689,594 shares with voting rights, representing 6.2041% of Rolex Rings Limited's total share capital. Following the sale of 5.5837% of shares, KMMF's holding now stands at 0.6204% of the total share capital, amounting to 1,689,594 shares.

The total equity share capital of Rolex Rings Limited remains 27,233,312 equity shares of Rs. 1 both before and after the sale. The last reporting by KMMF regarding its holding was on April 05, 2024.
