RPP Infra Projects wins ₹125.92 crore defence construction contract in Pune

RPP Infra Projects Ltd. has secured a new order valued at ₹125.92 crores for civil works. This contract involves the construction of an office-cum-training building and residential accommodation for officers and staff of the National Academy of Defence Financial Management (NADFM) in Pune. The company received the physical Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the DRDO Office on October 19, 2025.

The project is awarded by the chief construction engineer (R&D)W, Pune, and is a domestic undertaking. The contract has a completion period of 36 months, with an effective start date of October 24, 2025, and a completion date of October 23, 2028. Funds for the project are sanctioned by the Government of India Ministry of Defence DRDO.

As per the terms, RPP Infra Projects will receive a mobilization advance of 10% of the contract price and is required to submit an initial security deposit of 2.5% of the initial contract price. The company will be responsible for rectifying defects for 24 months from the certified completion date.
