Rajoo Engineers board to meet on October 30 for financial results, trading window update

Rajoo Engineers Limited has announced its board of directors will hold a meeting on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The meeting, scheduled to take place at Rajoo Avenue, Veraval Shapar, Rajkot, Gujarat, will primarily focus on considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. These results will be presented along with their limited review reports.

The board will also discuss any other matters with the chair's permission. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 29 and 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.

Furthermore, Rajoo Engineers confirmed that the trading window for dealing in its shares by designated persons and their immediate relatives closed on October 1, 2025. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code.
