Kirloskar Ferrous halts Baramati plant for annual maintenance

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), a listed material subsidiary of Kirloskar Industries Limited, has informed stock exchanges about a temporary suspension of operations at its Baramati plant in Maharashtra. The suspension, effective from October 19, 2025, will last for approximately 12 days to facilitate annual maintenance and repairs.

The announcement, dated October 18, 2025, was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This operational halt is a routine measure for plant upkeep and is expected to conclude around October 31, 2025, after which normal operations are anticipated to resume.
