Newgen Software Inc. (NSI), a material subsidiary of Newgen Software Technologies Limited, has secured a $5,290,000 agreement with a leading U.S. financial institution. The contract is for software license, cloud hosting services, and other service fees, with an execution period of two years.

This international order highlights Newgen's expanding global footprint. The transaction was formally disclosed on October 18, 2025, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Newgen Software Technologies confirmed this agreement is not a related-party transaction as defined by the Companies Act, 2013, ensuring its arms-length nature. The company's promoter group has no interest in the entity that awarded the order.
