Keystone Realtors promoters trim stake via OFS

Chandresh Dinesh Mehta and Percy Sorabji Chowdhry, promoters of Keystone Realtors Limited, sold a combined total of 1,144,000 equity shares through an offer for sale (OFS). This transaction, executed on October 15 and 16, 2025, represents 0.907% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The OFS, conducted through the stock exchange mechanism, followed SEBI's OFS circulars and stock exchange circulars. Prior to the sale, both promoters individually held 18.95% and 18.97% of shares carrying voting rights, respectively. Following the sale, Chandresh Dinesh Mehta's stake is 18.04%, while Percy Sorabji Chowdhry's stake is 18.06%.

The total equity share capital of Keystone Realtors Limited stands at 126,173,685 shares, with a face value of INR 10 per equity share. The OFS was announced on October 14, 2025, for up to 4,576,000 equity shares, representing 3.63% of the total paid-up equity share capital.
