Johnson Controls-Hitachi India to become Bosch Home Comfort India

Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited shareholders have approved a change of the company's name to Bosch Home Comfort India Limited. This resolution, along with an alteration to the Memorandum of Association, was passed as a special resolution following a postal ballot conducted from September 18, 2025, to October 17, 2025.

Additionally, shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. S R B C & CO LLP (Firm Registration No: 324982E/E300003) as the statutory auditors. They will conduct the audit for the financial year 2025-26 and hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting in calendar year 2026, as per an ordinary resolution.
