IFB Industries to review financial results, trading window closed

IFB Industries Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, October 30, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation is issued under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In compliance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in IFB Industries securities closed on October 1, 2025.
