Himadri Speciality Chemical reports strong Q2 and half-year earnings

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd. reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, standalone total income was INR 1,108.70 crores, with a net profit after tax of INR 186.85 crores. For the six months, standalone total income reached INR 2,236.72 crores, and net profit after tax was INR 369.42 crores. Basic earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at INR 3.78, and for the six months, it was INR 7.48.

On a consolidated basis, the total income for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, was INR 1,106.96 crores, with a net profit after tax of INR 176.14 crores. For the six months, consolidated total income was INR 2,251.93 crores, and net profit after tax was INR 355.50 crores. The consolidated basic EPS for the quarter was INR 3.58, and for the six months, it was INR 7.26. These results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on October 17, 2025.
