Fino Payments Bank board to review Q2, half-year results

Fino Payments Bank Limited announced its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, and the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window for dealing in the bank's listed equity shares by designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until October 31, 2025. This measure aligns with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the bank's internal Code of Conduct.
