Donear Industries appoints two independent directors to board

Donear Industries Limited announced the appointment of Harjeet Kaur Joshi and Hemant Raghunath Bharambe as additional non-executive independent directors. The appointments were approved by the board on October 18, 2025, following recommendations from the nomination and remuneration committee. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval within three months.

Joshi's five-year term commences on October 18, 2025, and concludes on October 17, 2030. She brings over 39 years of experience in finance, acquisitions, and joint ventures, having served as managing director and chairperson of The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd.

Bharambe's five-year term begins on November 11, 2025, and ends on November 10, 2030. A textile engineer with a bachelor of legal studies, Bharambe has 43 years of experience across the textile and garment industry, specializing in production, sales, procurement, and quality assurance.
