CRISIL reports strong Q3 2025 financial results, profit up

CRISIL Limited published its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months period ended September 30, 2025, on October 18, 2025. These results were featured in the Financial Express and Sakal newspapers.

For consolidated results, revenue from operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, was ₹833.07 million, up from ₹737.53 million in the previous quarter. The profit for the period after tax stood at ₹185.50 million for Q3 2025, an increase from ₹171.57 million in Q2 2025. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, were ₹25.40.

For standalone results, revenue from operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, reached ₹729.07 million, compared to ₹694.95 million in the preceding quarter. The profit for the period after tax was ₹185.50 million, up from ₹171.57 million in Q2 2025. Diluted EPS for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, also mirrored the consolidated figure at ₹25.40.
