Atul Auto board to meet for half-year financials

Atul Auto Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting is in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code, the trading window for dealing in Atul Auto securities has been closed. This closure will remain in effect until forty-eight hours after the announcement of the financial results.
