AGI Greenpac reports half-year results, expands subsidiary portfolio

AGI Greenpac Limited's board of directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations for the half year ended September 30, 2025, was ₹1,289.24 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹218.64 crore and profit for the period of ₹164.83 crore. Standalone figures show revenue from operations of ₹1,289.24 crore, profit before tax of ₹218.78 crore, and profit for the period of ₹164.97 crore for the same half year.

The company's subsidiary portfolio expanded with the formation of AGI Retail Private Limited, effective August 27, 2024, and SUN REACH PACK (FZE), effective October 28, 2024. These financial results, along with the Limited Review Reports from the statutory auditors, Lodha & Co LLP, have been duly reviewed by the audit committee.

Financial statement notes include ₹20.49 crore in other income from an insurance claim for loss of profit and ₹12.22 crore in power & fuel expenses provided against cross-subsidy surcharge demand. The auditors' review of the unaudited interim financial results of two subsidiaries indicated their financial information was not material to the group.
