Zen Technologies board to meet for Q2 and half-year results approval

Zen Technologies Limited has announced its board of directors will meet on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025. This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In conjunction with the board meeting, Zen Technologies has implemented a trading window closure. The trading window was closed effective October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, which is anticipated to be October 27, 2025. This measure is in accordance with regulatory requirements to prevent insider trading.

The announcement was formally signed by Sourav Dhar, company secretary & compliance officer, on October 17, 2025. The notice was sent to both the Listing Department of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the Department of Corporate Services of BSE Limited, both in Mumbai.
