TNPL board to review unaudited Q2 2025 financial results

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) announced that its board of directors will convene on Monday, October 27, 2025, at the registered office in Chennai. The primary agenda for this meeting is to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025. This disclosure was made to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 17, 2025.

In accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the trading window was closed from October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these unaudited financial results.
