Schaeffler India board to meet October 31 for Q3 financial results

Schaeffler India Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, October 31, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter that ended on September 30, 2025. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In conjunction with the board meeting, the "Trading Window" for the company's securities is currently closed. The trading window was closed starting October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until November 2, 2025, inclusive of both days.
