Parsvnath Developers posts Q1 loss, appoints new company secretary

Parsvnath Developers reported its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with a total income of INR 1,432.27 lakhs and a net loss of INR 7,046.96 lakhs attributable to shareholders. Consolidated results showed a total income of INR 6,451.39 lakhs and a net loss of INR 5,912.16 lakhs for the same period. The board of directors approved these results on October 17, 2025.

Additionally, atul kumar gupta was appointed as the company secretary and compliance officer, effective October 17, 2025. Gupta brings over 18 years of experience in corporate law and secretarial matters.

The audit report included qualified conclusions regarding uncertainties related to the recoverability of intangible assets under development and unamortised upfront fees in various BOT projects, as well as outstanding advances and trade receivables. A material uncertainty was also noted concerning the company's ability to continue as a going concern due to sustained cash losses and tight liquidity.
