NHPC board to review Q2 and H1 2025 financials

NHPC Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 6, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results. These results encompass both standalone and consolidated performance for the quarter and half-year periods concluded on September 30, 2025. This intimation is in compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Furthermore, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the company's securities has been closed. This closure began on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until Saturday, November 8, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This measure aims to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial results announcement.
