InfoBeans subsidiary secures land for new IT park development

InfoBeans Technologies Limited's subsidiary, Ecoplex Infra Private Limited, has secured a lease deed with MP State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (MPSEDC) for three acres of land. This 50-year agreement was disclosed on October 17, 2025.

Ecoplex Infra Private Limited plans to construct an IT Park on the leased land. The facility will be leased out to various IT/ITES companies, including InfoBeans Technologies Limited, indicating strategic growth and infrastructure expansion.

The announcement was made by Surbhi Jain, company secretary and compliance officer.
