DCM Shriram unit receives NGT directives, no penalties imposed

The order imposes no penalty, fine, closure directions, or operational restrictions on DCM Shriram Industries or its units in Kota. Consequently, the company anticipates no material adverse financial or operational impact from this order. The directives focus on ensuring city-wide environmental compliance and improving sewage treatment infrastructure.
