Chalet Hotels redeems Rs. 600m in preference shares

Chalet Hotels Limited today, October 17, 2025, redeemed 6,000 Series B - 0.00% Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS). Each share had a face value of Rs. 1,00,000, bringing the total redemption amount to Rs. 600 million.

This redemption was made at par and funded from the company's available profits. The action was undertaken pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 51, read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
