Canara Bank board to review half-yearly financials on october 30

Canara Bank has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at its head office in Bengaluru. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This notice is issued in compliance with Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "trading window" for the bank's directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons, and insiders commenced closure from October 1, 2025. This window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the period ending September 30, 2025.
