Bondada Engineering subsidiary wins significant solar project order

Bondada Engineering Limited announced that its subsidiary, Bondada Green Engineering Private Limited, has secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) from JMR Clean Energy Private Limited. The LOI is for the supply of Column Posts and MMS Galvalume (Purlins, Rafters, and Bracing) for MSEDCL Solar Projects. This domestic order is valued at Rs. 13,29,86,000, inclusive of GST.

The execution period for the order is set for 90 days from the receipt of the work order. This strategic win underscores Bondada Engineering’s continued participation in the renewable energy infrastructure sector, aiming to bolster its order book and execution pipeline.

The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have an interest in JMR Clean Energy Private Limited, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions. This disclosure aligns with SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
