AYM Syntex completes registered office change, updates amalgamation scheme

AYM Syntex Limited has announced the completion of its registered office change and the consequential updation to the scheme of amalgamation with Mandawewala Enterprises Limited. This follows previous intimations on February 6, March 18, April 4, and October 15, 2025. The certificate of registration for the change of state has been received from the registrar of companies, Mumbai.

The merger committee of AYM Syntex and the board of directors of Mandawewala Enterprises Limited approved updates to the scheme of amalgamation. These updates reflect the new registered office address and corporate identification numbers for both companies. These amendments pertain to Clause B, Clause 1.13, and Clause 1.14 of the scheme.

The updated scheme revises Mandawewala Enterprises Limited’s registered address to B-Wing, 9th Floor, Trade World, Kamala Mills Compound, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Delisle Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400013. AYM Syntex Limited also confirms its registered address at the same Mumbai location. The updated scheme will be available on the company’s website.
