UGRO Capital postpones debenture issuance meeting

UGRO Capital Limited announced today, October 16, 2025, that its Investment and Borrowing Committee meeting, previously slated for Friday, October 17, 2025, has been postponed. The meeting was set to consider raising funds via the issuance of non-convertible debentures through a private placement basis.

The company stated that the meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, October 23, 2025, for the same purpose, citing "inevitable reasons" for the change. This follows an earlier intimation submitted on October 14, 2025, in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
