Tata Teleservices board to review Q2 and half-year financial results

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited has announced its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 23, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation was made to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on October 16, 2025.

The company also confirmed that, in accordance with its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company has been closed for designated persons since October 1, 2025. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the financial results are officially made public, a measure taken to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial announcement.
