Sunteck Realty posts strong Q2 and H1 FY26 growth, boosts project pipeline

Sunteck Realty Limited announced significant financial and operational growth for Q2 and H1 FY26. For Q2 FY26, pre-sales increased by 34% year-over-year to ~₹702 crore, with collections up 24% to ~₹331 crore. Revenue from operations grew 49% to ~₹252 crore, while PAT rose 41% to ~₹49 crore. H1 FY26 also saw strong performance, with pre-sales growing 32% to ~₹1,359 crore and collections up 12% to ~₹682 crore. The company's net debt to equity ratio remained strong at 0.04x.

Strategically, Sunteck Realty was selected as the preferred developer for a residential project in Andheri with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹11 billion and entered a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a project at Mira Road with an estimated GDV of ₹12 billion. The company also achieved a stellar score of 99/100 in the 2025 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), earning a Green 5-star rating.

The unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, were approved by the Board of Directors on October 16, 2025. The consolidated profit after tax for the period was ₹4,896.69 lakhs for Q2 2025 and ₹8,239.77 lakhs for H1 2025. Standalone profit after tax for the same periods was ₹288.69 lakhs and ₹91.99 lakhs, respectively. The company also highlighted the amalgamation of Satguru Infocorp Services Private Limited (SISPL) and Starlight Systems Private Limited (SSPL) with the company, effective from December 14, 2023, with comparative financial information restated accordingly.
