NIBE secures substantial order for breech casing assemblies

NIBE Limited announced on October 16, 2025, the receipt of a purchase order from a leading infra and defence company. The order, valued at INR 28.08 crore, is for the manufacturing and supply of Breech Casing assemblies.

The contract specifies that the order will be executed and delivered in tranches by June 2028. This domestic transaction is not considered a related party transaction and falls within standard business operations.

Komal Bhagat, company secretary & compliance officer, confirmed the details, which were submitted to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
