Lemon Tree Hotels expands Maharashtra portfolio with new resort

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announced a license agreement for Lemon Tree Resort, Saj by the Mountain, Mahabaleshwar. This new property, set to open October 16, 2025, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, bolstering the company's presence in Maharashtra.

The Lemon Tree Resort, Saj by the Mountain, Mahabaleshwar will feature 78 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool and a spa. This addition brings Lemon Tree Hotels' total properties in Maharashtra to 15 operational and 11 upcoming, further expanding its leisure offerings.

The company operates over 120 hotels across more than 80 cities in India and internationally, with a pipeline of over 110 upcoming properties. With this latest signing, Lemon Tree Hotels continues its strategic growth.
