JK Paper extends Borkar Packaging acquisition timeline to October 2025

JK Paper Limited announced a delay in the acquisition of equity shares of Borkar Packaging Private Limited (BPPL). Originally expected to conclude within twelve weeks of the Share Purchase Subscription and Shareholder's Agreement (SPSSHA) execution, the acquisition is now anticipated to finalize within six weeks from the intimation date of October 16, 2025.

This update follows an earlier intimation dated July 28, 2025, and remains subject to the fulfillment of conditions stipulated in the SPSSHA. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
