Insolation Energy expands green footprint with six new subsidiaries

On October 16, 2025, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited, incorporated six new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries. These entities, including EGJP Green Infra Private Limited, GNHR Green Infra Private Limited, and PEMJ Green Infra Private Limited, are formed as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) to establish solar power plants.

Each new SPV is incorporated with an authorized share capital of Rs. 1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited has subscribed to 100% of the equity shares of each SPV, making them related parties of the company. These newly formed entities will focus on solar power plant development, including erection, installation, operation, maintenance, and consultancy for renewable energy power projects.

The SPVs are not yet applicable for turnover figures as they were incorporated on October 16, 2025, and are yet to commence business operations. The incorporation aligns with Insolation Energy's strategy to expand its presence in the solar industry.
