Heranba Industries internal auditor resigns citing other commitments

Heranba Industries Limited announced on October 16, 2025, that its internal auditor, Kamal Dharewa of K D Practice Consulting Pvt Ltd, resigned effective October 15, 2025. Dharewa, a chartered accountant, cited preoccupation with other professional commitments as the reason for his departure. The company received the resignation letter on October 16, 2025.

The company confirmed that the internal auditor did not raise any concerns regarding Heranba Industries' management, nor was there any material reason for the resignation beyond the stated professional commitments.

Heranba Industries' audit committee and board of directors will consider the appointment of a new internal auditor in due course, with further intimation to be provided.
