Eternal reports Q2 results, launches new subsidiary, restructures business

Eternal Limited (formerly Zomato Limited) announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The consolidated total income for the half-year reached INR 21,463 crores, with a profit attributable to owners of the parent at INR 90 crores. Standalone total income for the half-year was INR 5,904 crores, with a profit of INR 1,293 crores.

The company also announced the incorporation of Eternal General Service Foundation, a wholly-owned subsidiary in India, with a paid-up capital of INR 10,00,000. This new entity will focus on charitable and social welfare activities, including hunger relief, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.

Furthermore, an internal restructuring involves the transfer of the quick food service business, "Bistro by Blinkit," from Blink Commerce Private Limited (BCPL) to Blinkit Foods Limited (BFL) for an aggregate consideration of INR 57,00,00,000 via a slump sale. This transaction, categorized as a related party transaction, is deemed to be at arm's length. The utilization of QIP proceeds remains on track with no deviations reported.
