Cyient reports Q2 and H1 2025 financial results

For the half year ended September 30, 2025, Cyient reported consolidated revenue from contracts with customers of ₹34,928 million. Consolidated profit before tax reached ₹4,102 million, while the net profit attributable to shareholders rose to ₹2,813 million. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the half-year stood at ₹25.51.

In the second quarter of 2025, consolidated revenue from contracts with customers was ₹17,810 million. The company's consolidated profit before tax for the quarter was ₹1,966 million, with net profit attributable to shareholders at ₹1,275 million. The board of directors declared an interim dividend of ₹16 per share, totaling ₹1,777 million.

The company also reported an exceptional item during the quarter, receiving an insurance claim of ₹207 million for a civil class action antitrust litigation settled on June 30, 2025. Total consolidated assets as of September 30, 2025, amounted to ₹79,221 million, with equity attributable to shareholders at ₹55,642 million.
