Carborundum Universal board to meet October 30 to approve financial results

Carborundum Universal Limited has announced that a meeting of its board of directors is scheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year periods ending September 30, 2025.

This intimation was made under Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has informed both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. of the upcoming board meeting.
