BLS International secures major India visa services contract in China

BLS International Services Ltd. has been awarded a three-year contract by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, to establish and operate Indian Visa Application Centres (IVACs) in China. The contract is effective from October 14, 2025.

Under the agreement, BLS International will be responsible for setting up and managing IVACs in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. These centers will offer streamlined, secure, and customer-friendly visa services, incorporating enhanced infrastructure, advanced technology, and multilingual staff.

The company, a global tech-enabled services partner for governments, currently operates in over 70 countries and processes millions of applications annually. This contract reinforces its position in the consular outsourcing industry and dedication to digital transformation.
