Aurum PropTech boosts K2V2 stake, divests Integrow interest

Aurum PropTech Limited will acquire an additional 8.2% equity stake in K2V2 Technologies Private Limited for up to INR 6.33 crore, increasing its total shareholding to 90.14%. This move aims to deepen Aurum's existing PropTech ecosystem and enhance majority control, reducing minority interest in the subsidiary. K2V2 Technologies, incorporated on March 25, 2019, reported a turnover of INR 26.64 Crores for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.

Concurrently, Aurum PropTech is divesting a 0.60% equity stake in Integrow Asset Management Private Limited for INR 0.65619 Crore. The transaction is expected to be completed within 15 days of the agreement's execution. Integrow, an associate company, reported a turnover of INR 1.82 Lakhs and a net worth of INR 1010 Lakhs as of March 31, 2025. The company also announced that it has kept in abeyance its right to exercise majority control on Integrow's Board until March 31, 2026, due to prospective restructuring.
