Alok Industries reports September quarter losses deepen, total losses hit ₹23,246.85 crore

Alok Industries Limited reported a standalone net loss of ₹201.97 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, with revenue from operations at ₹901.19 crore. For the half-year ended on the same date, the standalone net loss was ₹378.45 crore, while revenue from operations stood at ₹1,785.71 crore. Total standalone expenses for the quarter were ₹1,119.98 crore, and for the half-year, they reached ₹2,212.69 crore.

On a consolidated basis, the company recorded a net loss of ₹162.38 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, with consolidated revenue from operations at ₹941.09 crore. For the half-year, the consolidated net loss was ₹333.94 crore, and consolidated revenue from operations amounted to ₹1,873.58 crore. The company has accumulated losses of ₹23,246.85 crore as of September 30, 2025.

The financial results were reviewed and recommended by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors. The company also highlighted that the assigned debt is accounted at cost, overriding Indian Accounting Standards due to an approved resolution plan.
