Wipro allots over 58,000 equity shares to employees

Wipro Limited, on October 15, 2025, informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that it has allotted a total of 58,672 equity shares. This allotment is a result of the exercise of Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) by employees.

Specifically, 27,660 equity shares were allotted under the ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004. An additional 31,012 equity shares were allotted under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007. The company's secretary, M Sanaulla Khan, confirmed the information, stating the allotment is for the information and records of the respective stock exchanges.
