Westlife Foodworld announces FY26 royalty fee update for Hardcastle

Westlife Foodworld Ltd has announced an update on the royalty fees payable by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt Ltd (HRPL), to McDonald's Corporation. For the fiscal year 2026 (FY26), these royalty fees will be 5.0%. This fee structure is contingent upon HRPL meeting its network growth objectives.
