Waterbase confirms compliance with SEBI depository regulations

The Waterbase Limited announced compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. This confirmation, dated October 14, 2025, was communicated to BSE Limited and included a certificate from Cameo Corporate Services Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent.

According to the certificate issued by Cameo Corporate Services Limited on October 6, 2025, securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter were duly confirmed to depositories. The company also ensured that these securities were listed on the stock exchange where the earlier issued securities are already traded.

Furthermore, the security certificates received for dematerialisation were mutilated and cancelled after verification by the depository participant. The names of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the stipulated time frame, ensuring full compliance with the regulatory requirements.
