Waaree RTL secures major solar power project worth ₹156.66 Cr

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WAAREE RTL) has been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) works of a 150 MWac/217.5 MWp ground-mount solar power project. The order was received on October 15, 2025, and is valued at approximately INR 156.66 Cr. (Excl. Taxes).

The project involves developing EPC execution for a leading renewable energy company and is considered a domestic commercial order.

The execution of the project is scheduled to be completed in the financial year 2026-27, according to the terms of the order. The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
