Varroc Engineering appoints Avinash Chintawar as new chief operating officer

Varroc Engineering Limited has announced the appointment of Avinash Chintawar as its new chief operating officer (COO), effective October 15, 2025. This appointment was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Chintawar will be responsible for overseeing the operations vertical within Business I, with a focus on enhancing efficiencies, performance, and strategic alignment.

Chintawar brings over four decades of distinguished leadership experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. His extensive background includes serving as managing director of Bosch Chassis Systems India Pvt. Ltd. and chairman of Bosch India Foundation. He also held significant leadership roles within the Bosch Group, including director of operations at Robert Bosch Bamberg (Germany) and technical plant manager at Bosch Nashik.

Chintawar holds a bachelor of engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, a postgraduate diploma in management from IGNOU, and has completed ICWA (Inter). The company confirmed that Chintawar is not related to any existing directors, key managerial personnel, or senior management personnel of Varroc Engineering.
