Unichem Laboratories to review Q2 and half-year results

Unichem Laboratories Ltd. has announced its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both consolidated and standalone, for the second quarter and the six months ended September 30, 2025.

The announcement was made by Pradeep Bhandari, head- legal & company secretary, and is in compliance with Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
