Tata Communications reports strong Q2 2025 results with digital growth

Tata Communications has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated revenues rose by 6.5% year-over-year to INR 6,100 crore, with data revenue growing by 7.3% and the digital portfolio expanding by 14.9%. The company's data EBITDA margin reached 18.6%, marking a sequential improvement of 140 basis points, while profit after tax (PAT) stood at INR 183 crore. These results reflect strong operational discipline and resilience in the core business, with strategic bets expected to further enhance profitability in the second half of the fiscal year.

The board of directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results during a meeting held on October 15, 2025. S.R. Batliboi & Associates, LLP, the statutory auditors, issued a limited review report with an unmodified opinion on these financial results. The company has also achieved significant milestones, including recognition as the best UCaaS provider in APAC and the gold winner for best IoT device management platform.

Additionally, Tata Communications has invested in equity shares of Solutions Infini Technologies (India) Private Limited, making it a direct wholly-owned subsidiary effective July 17, 2025, further strengthening its strategic portfolio. The company continues to advance its role in digital India, securing significant government projects and launching new products like Voice AI and Cloud Networking, which are gaining considerable customer interest.
