Supreme Industries board to consider Q2 results, interim dividend

The Supreme Industries Limited has announced its board of directors will convene on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. These results will encompass both consolidated and standalone figures.

Additionally, the board will discuss the declaration of an interim dividend on equity shares, if any. The company previously informed stakeholders about the closure of its trading window on September 25, 2025.

In connection with the upcoming results, the trading window for dealing in Supreme Industries' equity shares will reopen after 48 hours following the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
